The Mudgee EASE Gathering groupIn June NCC ran three EASE Gathering Workshops in Mudgee, the Blue Mountains and Grafton. We focused on some practical campaign and project planning tools as well as taking some time to remind ourselves who and what inspires the work we do!
Some comments from participants about how they can use the tools:
‘Will apply with community groups and campaign teams to facilitate our success’
‘Targeting letter writing, being more strategic about campaigns’
‘Create strategic plans, change management plans’

The EASE Gatherings are one step in building community groups abilities to tackle the conservation issues that they face. The workshops provide participants with Practical Tools for developing ideas into actions that achieve their goals and Insights into the experiences of other environment groups.

Facilitated by The Change Agency, leading community trainers the workshops are FREE to community environment groups and include food and drink.
